How this is built
Nuestra Señal publishes daily analysis of Argentina's markets with a network of language-model agents and deterministic controls. This page shows how the system works, with live numbers.
A day in the pipeline
- 01Collect: 18 Argentine news feeds, market series and the economic calendar.
- 02Editor: one model picks the day's story and two or three secondary items from scored candidates.
- 03Writer: another model drafts the edition using only the evidence it was given.
- 04Gate: code checks every figure against the evidence, every link against the sources, length, banned phrases and a rubric. Any failure holds the edition.
- 05Publish: the post, the email, the English translation and the cache refresh.
- 06Follow-up: each email is tracked per subscriber; dead addresses are suspended automatically.

Controls that hold an edition
In October 2026 the editor started picking calendar events as secondary items. They have no links, so the link check failed, the retry deleted the item and the edition was held. The fix was in the system, not the model: the editor can no longer pick items without links, and retries correct data instead of deleting it.
Models
Each stage runs on free language models, chained so that a stage moves to the next model when a response cannot be read. Broken model output is repaired deterministically before any retry. A paid model can be switched in for any stage if quality falls short.
Running it
A mail health monitor checks delivery, DNS and the mail server every hour and repairs known regressions itself. A central scheduler runs the daily chain. Every change goes through tests and a review before it ships.
